DAB DCM-GE 65-1680/A/BAQE/3 T MCE30/C IE2 art. 60163107 Pump.
These in-line circulation pumps are suitable for heating, air-conditioning, refrigeration, and domestic water systems.
The MCE/C drive provides the ultimate in flexibility and performance by allowing the pump to automatically adapt to varying system needs and maintain a constant differential pressure across the system.
Working range: flow from 1.2 to 360 m3/h, head up to 34 m. Working pressure: 16 bar (1600 kPa).
Standard flanges: PN 16 Fluid temperature range: -10 °C to +130 °C for DN 40-50, -10 °C to +140 °C for other sizes.
The suction and discharge connections are equipped with PN 16 flanges and threaded holes for pressure sensors.
The pump housing and supports – cast iron, cast iron, or technopolymer impeller depending on the model (bronze impeller must be ordered separately and only in the size range DN 65 to DN 150).
Drive shaft – stainless steel. Mechanical seal standardized to DIN 24960 carbon graphite on silicon carbide with EPDM O-rings.
Three-phase four-pole electric motor of external cooling. To ensure the quiet and durable operation of the engine, the rotor is mounted on oversized ball bearings.
The design of the electric motor complies with the requirements of CEI 2-3 standards.
